A note for parents and guardians: Avery's Riddle Me This? is a general
audience app enjoyed by kids and adults. This policy explains what we collect from all
players and includes a dedicated section on children's privacy below.
This Privacy Policy explains how Avery's Riddle Me This? ("we," "us," or "our") collects,
uses, and protects information when you use our App.

2. How We Use Information
- To operate core gameplay: riddles, scoring, streaks, and difficulty progression
- To track and apply your Soul Fragment balance and purchases
- To generate AI riddles through the Summon AI feature
- To display age-appropriate ads (unless Ad-Free Experience is purchased) and measure ad performance
- To improve app performance, balance the game economy, and fix bugs
3. AI-Generated Content
When you use Summon AI, gameplay context (such as the riddle category and difficulty) may
be sent to a third-party AI service provider to generate a new riddle. We do not knowingly
send personal information to this service beyond what's needed to generate age-appropriate
riddle content.
4. Children's Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children who play Avery's Riddle Me This?,
consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws:
- We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children under 13 than is
reasonably necessary to operate the App (e.g., we do not require a child's real name).
- We do not serve behaviorally-targeted advertising to users identified as under 13; only
contextual, non-tracking ads may be shown, unless Ad-Free Experience is active.
- We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to make in-app purchases without a parent
or guardian's involvement, and we recommend enabling device-level purchase confirmation.
- Parents/guardians can review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their
child's information at any time by contacting us at info@103softwaresolutions.com.
- We do not condition a child's participation in gameplay on disclosing more information
than is reasonably necessary.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play) to process purchases
- AI service providers to generate Summon AI riddles
- Advertising partners providing contextual (non-behavioral) ads for accounts under 13,
or standard ads for other users, unless Ad-Free Experience is active
- Analytics and crash-reporting providers to help us improve the App
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect the safety of a child
6. Data Retention
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as the account is active. Parents or
account holders may request deletion at any time by contacting info@103softwaresolutions.com.
7. Your Choices
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data (a parent/guardian may do
this on behalf of a child)
- Opt out of ad personalization through device settings, or by purchasing Ad-Free Experience
- Delete an account from the App settings or by contacting us
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method
of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the "Last updated" date above.
